CHARGES AND BILLING: You are responsible for providing a valid credit card number at the time you register for a Subscription Service. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by Advance Care Planning, Inc., a State of Ohio corporation. By accessing this Site, User and ACP agree that all matters relating to User's access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of Ohio, and the federal laws of the U.S.A. User and ACP also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the State courts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, with respect to all matters relating to User's access to or use of this Site or any Product, Material or Service. The parties consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold ACP harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, cost, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from User's violation or breach of this Agreement, any Service Agreement, or any third party's rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, proprietary and privacy rights, or any applicable federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance.
